Terms of Service

1. Membership

Veltré membership is offered by application and subject to approval. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked for conduct inconsistent with these terms.

Founding membership designations and promotional pricing are available to new members only and are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Service

Ride requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Vehicle classes are fulfilled by Veltré or vetted affiliate partners using vehicles of equal or higher standard. Specific models and photography are representative of the class.

Quoted rates are flat and confirmed at booking. Additional charges may apply for wait time, additional stops, or out-of-area travel as disclosed at booking.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the standard rate for the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Promotional free periods apply to first-time members only and do not recur.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Ride charges are billed separately from membership fees.

4. Cancellations

To cancel or modify a booking, contact your concierge. Cancellation policies may apply depending on timing and trip type.

5. Conduct & Liability

Members and their guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward chauffeurs and staff. Veltré reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Veltré provides transportation arrangement and concierge services and is not liable for delays or events outside its reasonable control.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
